What is Alpha?

The Alpha course is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith. It’s relaxed, low key, friendly and fun.

Then there’s a talk, addressing key issues like ‘Who is Jesus?’ ‘How does God guide us?’ and ‘How can I have faith?’

And then there’s an opportunity to discuss what you’ve heard, share your views, and ask anything you like. You can say anything you like, or nothing at all. 

Who is it for?

Alpha is for everyone, especially:

• Those wanting to investigate Christianity
• New Christians
• Newcomers to the church
• Those who want to brush up on the basics

Alpha at The Gate Church

Alpha at The Gate Church starts on Wednesday 18th September 2024.

Time: 7.00pm to 8.30pm

Refreshments will be served. It’s free and there’s no pressure to come back.
